You may return new, unopened and unworn items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and all original tags must be attached. Washed, worn, damaged or final sale items will not be eligible for store credit, exchange or return. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please allow 1-2 weeks upon delivery for your return to be processed. You will receive email confirmation updating you on the status of your return.
If you need to return an item, please sign into your account to request a return. Once you sign into your account click 'Orders' to see a list of all completed orders and select the order you would like to return and follow the instructions to complete your return.

All orders shipping in the US will ship free of charge.
Orders are packed and shipped during normal business hours of Monday-Friday. We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Any order placed on a weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please be aware that any order being shipped outside of the continental United States may take longer than 5-10 business days to arrive.
